We are happy to refund product cancellations if we receive notice of the cancellation within 7 days from the date of collection or delivery, however, we cannot refund the delivery charge. Orders for custom made products are non-refundable.

Our normal despatch time for standard products available from stock is 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for POD items with printed inserts and 10-15 working days for custom made/printed items or items that are not in stock at the time of order.
