Do you offer a design service?
Yes we do! We have a very experienced designer who loves a challenge! Whatever your pain points, our designer will be able to offer you a solution that works for you. Book in for a free of charge discovery call with our designer on 01442200600.
What materials can you create a product from?
Historically we have used materials such as polypropylene and pvc in most of our products, but we are trying to use more sustainable materials and our designer looks at ways to repackage items using them.
Is there a minimum manufacture run for bespoke products?
There’s no minimum order quantity for bespoke products.
Do you make products from sustainable / environmentally friendly packaging?
Yes we can use sustainable materials such as corrugated cardboard in our packaging.
Do you manufacture in the UK?
Yes! All of our products are manufactured at our factory in the UK.
What steps are involved in getting my orders?
Once you are happy with the quotation and have placed the order, we will email you an order confirmation which will clarify the despatch time etc.

How do I get a price for my custom order?
Once you have made an enquiry with our experienced team by calling 01442 200600 or emailing us at equiries@phillipsdirect.com we will get back to you as soon as we can with an estimate which we will email to you.
How do I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you want to change your order, get in touch with our sales team as soon as possible by calling 01442 200600.
We are happy to refund product cancellations if we receive notice of the cancellation within 7 days from the date of collection or delivery, however, we cannot refund the delivery charge. Orders for custom made products are non-refundable.

Are samples available?
If it’s an item from our online shop, we will normally have it in stock and will be happy to send out a sample FOC.
If it’s a bespoke item, we would charge the customer for production and deliver.
How long does it take to make the custom orders?
It varies depending on the order, but we aim for 15-20 working days.
How long does it take to deliver?
Our normal despatch time for standard products available from stock is 1-2 working days.
Please allow up to 5 working days for POD items with printed inserts and 10-15 working days for custom made/printed items or items that are not in stock at the time of order.
What is the delivery cost?
We use Royal Mail for any product orders below £40, there is an option of 1st Class Recorded delivery which is tracked or 2nd Class post which is NOT tracked.
Orders over £40 are charged at £10.95 for a courier next business day delivery.
Orders over £150 are carriage free.
All orders prices are excluding VAT which will be added at checkout stage
